Beginners Welcome

Monday 7:30 – 8:45 pm

Wednesday 7:30 – 8:45 pm

Classes are $12.00 each.

It’s most appreciated if you’d bring the exact amount and arrive early.

Please wear non-restrictive clothing for ease of movement.

For the Yoga Studio, follow signs for Hands-On Health.

Walk to the rear of the driveway, enter door on right to the lower Concourse Level.

Go downstairs and down the hall.
